Anxiety
Anxiety can take many forms, from persistent worry and racing thoughts to intense panic or fear in specific situations. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing social anxiety, specific phobias, panic attacks, and generalized anxiety. These experiences can feel overwhelming and isolating, often affecting relationships, work, and everyday life. In therapy, my goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can openly explore what you’re going through and begin to understand the patterns that keep anxiety in place.
I approach anxiety with deep compassion and respect for how challenging it can be to live with constant tension, fear, or uncertainty. Many people struggling with anxiety feel misunderstood or believe they should simply “push through it.” Instead, I work collaboratively with clients to gently uncover the underlying thoughts, feelings, and experiences that contribute to their anxiety. Together, we build insight and develop practical tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and capable in situations that once felt overwhelming.
My passion lies in helping clients learn not only how to cope with anxiety, but how to truly manage and move beyond it. Through evidence-based strategies and a personalized approach, I help clients develop skills to calm the nervous system, challenge anxious thinking, and gradually face fears in manageable ways. Over time, many people discover a greater sense of freedom, resilience, and self-trust. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel supported as you build lasting skills and reclaim a sense of ease in your life.
