Individual, EMDR, & Education

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to develop insight, shift unhelpful patterns and habits, and receive personalized, attentive support. Choosing to explore deeper parts of yourself and cultivate new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating is a courageous step—one that can lead to meaningful relief, clarity, and a greater sense of peace in your life. Sessions are 50 minutes in length, and the fee is $210 per session. I am able to provide a superbill for submission to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based trauma treatment designed to alleviate the lasting effects of both complex trauma and single-incident traumatic events. When trauma occurs, it can become “stuck” in the nervous system, contributing to persistent avoidance, fears, unhelpful behaviors, and even physical symptoms. EMDR uses bilateral stimulation to support the brain’s natural healing processes, helping individuals reprocess distressing experiences so they no longer hold the same emotional intensity. This approach allows clients to move beyond the grip of the past and experience greater freedom and resilience in their lives.

EMDR sessions are 90 minutes in length, and the fee is $240 per session. I am able to provide a superbill for submission to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Parent/Loved-one Psycho-Education Sessions

Educational sessions are available for parents and loved ones of individuals struggling with an eating disorder. These meetings provide a supportive space to gain a clearer understanding of eating disorders, learn practical strategies for offering effective support, and ask questions specific to your situation. During a brief, guided slideshow presentation, I review key information and facilitate thoughtful discussion to help you feel more informed and empowered in your role. Sessions are 30 minutes in length, and the fee is $90 per session.
